Psyched in Stilettos

OK, so I know I go on about the nasties in cosmetics and house-cleaning products a fair bit. (Can't help it, I'm a cynical ex-beauty editor). But if this site doesn't convince you, nothing will. It is FRIGHTENING. You basically type the name of the skincare brand you're currently using into the search bar, and it throws up all the evidence of the nasties it contains. Even natural feel-good companies like The Body Shop and Kiehl's aren't safe -- cancer and immunotoxicity, anyone? Just click here and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed -- you'll be horrified. Be sure to tell your girlfriends -- and replace your nasty products with totally natural alternatives, or just mash up some fruit, egg and honey and make your own beauty products! (it's good earthy pagan fun -- mix up some brews, pick some herbs, get your hands dirty and have a blast doing something other than watching television for a change. Genius.)
